In most areas, or depending on the density of members, our Delivery Care Team will hand-deliver meals each into the home. Each Delivery Care Agent can bring the meals into the home, unpack them, and place them in the freezer. They are trained to record basic safety observations and add an additional element of stable human interaction to ease social isolation.
