He previously held executive roles at leading healthcare companies including Change Healthcare, Emdeon, and WebMD.

Carollyn Sorto brings her 20 years of human resources experience with both Fortune 500 and mid-size businesses to GA Foods. She has had success in impacting business outcoumes through strategic human resources management.
Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel
Debra has more than 30 years of experience in Healthcare Compliance and Privacy. She has extensive experience working with state and federal regulatory agencies, such CMS, the FDA, and OSHA. She also successfully led a Joint Commission Accreditation and Standards Homecare Program for more than 15 years. Debra is experienced in drafting, negotiating, and managing healthcare contracts with Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid Plans.
